I had a great experience at Richard Carr Collision this week. I came in unsure about what was wrong with my vehicle, but the team was fantastic. The lady at the front desk, I think her name was Kristen (I apologize if I got that wrong!), immediately asked a service tech (Ronaldo) to assist me. He took the time to check out the issue and provided thorough, careful attention and was so kind. I truly appreciated their commitment to excellent service, and I left feeling confident and well taken care of!

Everything was smooth. Dropped off Monday morning and picked up Friday afternoon, they kept me informed and worked with my insurance and rental car company, making everything effortless for me. I have never had a vehicle wrecked or needed a body shop, so I was absolutely lost to the entire process. Richard Karr (Donnie), walked me through the entire process, kept me informed and returned my 4Runner in better than new condition. I was so excited, I had to take photos 🤣

I think the repairs took way longer than necessary and it required me having to call and express a real need to have my vehicle back. Then, when I got it back, the rear area of my Jeep was covered in dust from them sanding during the paint and body repair. The work looks pretty good, but the new fenders installed and freshly painted already have minor scratches and scuffs. All in all, I’m not very satisfied. The photos do not clearly show everything.

The people are great. The quality and care of the repair work is not great. The people (great) did address issues after the first work was done, but my car ended up with new flaws that it not did not have when I delivered it to be worked on…. Interior piece of back door is not well sealed the way it was when I took it to be worked on, and a big mess of black glue is now on the interior. Also, the exterior was very dusty when I left in my car, so much dust on the windshield that it was a challenge to see good. The people were great with regards to communication and extremely helpful with insurance and getting a rental car. Don’t expect the excellence of the people in the office to equate to excellent collision work on the car.
